Ok, I couldnāt help myself.
I snagged a Facebook page from a random user (now friend) on the internet.
Thereās too much of a gold rush happening on Facebook (more on this in future emails) and I want to give myself a good chance of some growth and $$$.
Iāve already set up a few Make automations to get a consistent flow of posts to get some testing going.
Hereās the page if you want to follow along.

It has 262,000 followers (about half are in the US)
The page is monetized, although itās making very little.
I structured a unique deal where I paid X $ up front and then Iām paying a % of the Facebook ad revenue until we get to Y $ in total payout.
There is plenty that can go wrong with the deal, but Iāve lowered my risk as much as possible.
And hoping that we can do more deals in the future.
Iāll keep you posted on how it goes, as itās been added to my project list.

Last week I was able to finish the transfer of my beehiiv newsletter over to Cliff (the new owner).
note: beehiiv was great with the process and made the transfer really great. Iām still a big fan of using beehiiv after being a user for multiple years. Iāll share a vid belowā¦
The money is officially in my account from escrow, and I can shift my focus to other projects.
Itās my first deal using Flippa.com to sell and Escrow.com to help settle.

Ok our grandma voice podcast is coming soon!
Iāve got the automation 80% 90% there ā just working out the final kinks.
Ha, the first example I created the output started with āhereās a podcast based on your articlesā¦ā Donāt want that!
I want to test out a Southern Grandmaās voice to be the voice of my local media brandās podcast.
But maybe weāll have multiple hosts over time.
Once I have the automation set up and working well, I can just change out the voice.
Iām excited about it!
The flow will go something like thisā¦
Take our news articles from the past week in our ānewsā category on WordPress (it could also be articles we find on the web).
Summarize them.
Automatically create a script.
Have our presenter (Southern Grandma??) give the summary.
Output Audio File.
Write a Description using Claude.
Upload to Dropbox.

My goal is to make 100 useful tools to help automate my life & business.
Tool #18: I built a simple automation to check for me publishing new YouTube videos. When it sees new ones, it creates a post on LinkedIn and X with a link back to the video.
This is a simple automation, but I wasnāt doing it!
So now, with no brainpower from me, it will get done automagically.
Amazon Influencer Program [Update]
Iāll be honest, I now go weeks between checking this platform.
But I just looked and Iāve made more that $2,500 in 2025.
I periodically make videos for brands that reach out and I charge them (so I get paid there as well).
But, some updatesā¦
I have 141 147 videos.
(plus 90 videos from other creators..)
My total earnings equal $4,752.19 $5,236.21
After expenses, Iām making $103.25 $106.37 per hour.
