I Didn't Win The Hackathon

I didn’t win.

But I was told I had the coolest slides!

I won’t argue with that.

Unfortunately, there was no $2,5000 prize category for “coolest slides” 🤣

But…

One of the companies there asked if I was going to commercialize the tool I built.

My answer?

Of course!

So it looks like I already have my first business customer for a tool that I built to solve a personal need.

The need to make Google Analytics easy to digest.

In other news, I just received this email from YouTube yesterday.

Very interesting, and I look forward to seeing how this affects retention and revenue.

I mean, 15% of my viewers are my buddies over in India — I’m sure my southern accent might be difficult for some of them.

I can only assume it will be positive for both creators and YouTube.
