It’s been a wild week.

I was offered to purchase a community for domain name investing.

The asking price was fair, but it was 2x what I thought I could recreate it for on my own.

So I had an idea.

Launch my own domain name investing community so that I can hang out with like-minded folks.

In fact, I’ll build it right in front of you (I’m about 80% done and doing it while writing this email.

Here’s the draft of the single website that will link from DomainNameLovers.com (which I bought in the last 24 hours).

Another crazy thing.

My voice has been used by folks on Elevenlabs (other than me).

You can generate your own AI voices on Elevenlabs.

I saw $3.94 $7.29 in my account for this usage.

It looks like at a minimum, my subscription will be paid for, but who knows, maybe it will grow into an actual monthly income stream.

We’ll see!

One day, I may hear some sort of promotion using my digital voice.

That’s nuts.

Speaking of AI…

ChatGPT now has tasks.

I tested it out with a reminder for me to get my 10,000 daily steps in.

It reminds me in the morning and again in the afternoon.

Now I’ve set up a weekly task for it to research local events in my city and send me an email with what it finds.

We’ll see how it goes!

Ok, I made some new purchases.

First, I purchased DomainNameLovers.com to create a private community for domain name investing and flipping.

A few that I think will make a great fit for the coming AI agent caller space.

I also snagged a fun domain and built out a single page after hearing the idea on the “My First Million” Podcast.

And that’s…

It’s a joke, but the funny thing is that a huge business could be built with this.

We’ll see what happens.

Ok, no personal sales to report.

In 2025, I think I can use tech (AI agents may be ready) to help me outbound.

I would like to do outreach a bit more with a handful of the domains that I own, but I’ve got to develop a system so that I can turn it over to someone (or a tool).

I’m still buying a few more domain names (land) before I sit tight on my portfolio and slowly sell over time to reinvest.

I’ve created a nice workflow with my team to get out a weekly newsletter for this.

And I set up a domain for it — HustleRemote.com

Previously, I was worried that we weren’t getting ad opportunities.

But lately, we’ve received lots of ad requests.

I also set up a welcome email for new subscribers, which it didn’t have before. And in that email we have recommendations, which we’ll get paid for when people sign up.
