I just returned from Mexico.

It’s refreshing to be doing some creative work in a different location. It feels different on the brain 🧠😜

Yes, I came home relaxed and with 100 new ideas!!

How I’m Using AI this Week…

My goal is to make 100 useful tools in 1,000 days [or die trying!]

I just launched one of my newest.

I created an automation using Make.

I can leave a voice memo in slack and it gets transcribed and AI helps turn it into a post that gets published on LinkedIn and Facebook.

I set it up because I often have quick ideas and the best way to get it out is to quickly record my thought.

I also just tested out this Google AI Studio feature.

You can access Gemini, but it can visually see your screen in real time.

It’s pretty nuts.

I had a 30 minute conversation trying to work on an automation workflow.

Ok, I’ve created content on YouTube for a looonnnggg time.

It’s been years.

And only just now, I’ve crossed 1,000,000 views on my channel.

But, the way I create content is different than most.

My goal is to always create in a way so that I can create infinitely.

And so far, I’m still not burned out!

Now, a quick note about a tool that I use….

Even if you haven’t heard of Elevenlabs, I guarantee you’ve heard their product - AI voices.

You can create your own AI voice (even cloning your own!), create audiobooks with AI voices, or make instant sound effects using AI. It’s a wild world. Check them out here.

Domain Name Flipping [Update]

Ok, using GoHighLevel, I’ve set up some outbound campaigns.

I got my first offer for one of my domains!

She offered me $1k for a real estate-related domain and I’ve decided to accept.

update: She’s gone a bit quiet on me, so we’ll see if she follows through!

My process:

I used Outscraper to pull a list of some of the top real estate agents in those cities.

Then I sent a very personalized message.

Amazon Influencer Program [Update]

I’ve completely ignored doing any work with this other than a video here and there.

But a really cool update, as I’ve crossed $5k in revenue from the program.

After expenses, I’m making $97.12 $103.45 per hour.

But the real O.G. is my buddy Jared Bauman, who has made more than $40,000 per year with Amazon Influencer in his part time (that’s a salary for some folks!) — he shares all his knowledge in his course.
