Last week, you saw I made an email ROI calculator.

Well, a few days ago, I set up a basic course to learn Python (a coding language).

Ok, I don’t really want to learn Python.

But I do want to understand the idea of coding as I think it will help me communicate with developers better.

Sidenote: I think coding will be done in human language soon as AI has basically conquered language. This will equate to an EXPLOSION of software products and tools, which is great!

With so many AI tools coming out that I need to test, I launched this doc to keep up with it all.

No sales, but I bought NameSniff.com

I have a tool idea that I am creating! It’s a really simple idea for domain name investors, but I couldn’t find a tool that did it.

So I’m building it!

As soon as I’ve got a working version, I’ll share it here.

I’m still buying a few more domain names (land) before I sit tight on my portfolio and slowly sell over time to reinvest.

My friend and co-host on the Niche Pursuits Podcast Jared Bauman does really well on the Amazon Influencer Program. In his first year, he made over $40k just doing it as a super part-time side hustle. 

He has a free guide that you can grab HERE where he shares all of the things he learned throughout that first year. One of the things that stuck out to me is how crazy fast he is at recording the videos. He has a specific process he goes through to cut his time down and make really engaging videos. 

Another interesting thing he shares is how his data shows that high priced products work best for him in terms of conversions. Anyways, give the guide a look over for more of these kinds of nuggets!

Here are last week’s numbers…

My hourly rate was knocked down after investing in 40 videos from other creators, but I’m back in the 6 figure salary range!

I now have 120 127 videos.

(plus 75 videos from other creators..)

My total earnings equal $2,769.16 $3,008.19

After expenses, I’m making $55.12 $59.12 per hour.

I haven’t received as many ad offers as I expected, but I’m still hoping for plenty of opportunities there!

I also set up a welcome email for new subscribers, which it didn’t have before.
