First $$ with Facebook

I finally compiled a sales document for the newsletters that I’ve put up for sale.

Also, I made my first $9 from my Facebook page for my local media brand.

It feels like magic.

I swear, there’s nothing more exciting than making your first $1 of internet 💰💰

And if I can make $1, I can make $10 — and if $10, $100.

If I can make $100, I can make $1,000 — and even $10,000.

Facebook is paying creators because there’s a mismatch between supply and demand.

They clearly need more content for their users to consume.

So much so that they pay creators to make content and keep folks on the platform.

How I’m Using AI this Week…

Well…

I’m working on Make automations so I can create more Facebook content automagically!!

This post just went live a few hours ago (here’s a screenshot of our page)

Interesting, but in those 2 hours, I’ve made $.05 from this exact post (here’s a screenshot of my professional dashboard).

Here was my process for all of this.

1. I used ChatGPT to brainstorm interesting questions to post on our feed.

2. I used Canva to make a design and used the bulk generator to make them all.

3. I added 300 images into a Dropbox folder.

4. I created the Make automation that takes a random image from this folder and publishes to our Facebook account.

My goal is to make 100 useful tools to help automate my life & business.

Now, a quick note about a tool that I use….

Even if you haven’t heard of Elevenlabs, I guarantee you’ve heard their product - AI voices.

You can create your own AI voice (even cloning your own!), create audiobooks with AI voices, or make instant sound effects using AI. It’s a wild world. Check them out here.

Domain Name Flipping [Update]

First, I made a YouTube video with my favorite domain name registrars (hint: it’s NOT GoDaddy!!)

For my outbounding, I’m using GoHighLevel.

Update: I think my buyer is going to hold on the real estate domain.

I’ve got to get back to the drawing board and figure out how to create better systems for outreach so that I can get more exposure on my domains!

Amazon Influencer Program [Update]

Ok, I’m cranking this back up baby!

I just made a new hire on Upwork, and she’s already made 10 new videos for me!!

[I’ll update these next week…]

I have 127 131 videos.

(plus 75 videos from other creators..)

My total earnings equal $4,752.19 $5,024.65

After expenses, I’m making $97.12 $104.27 per hour.

📰 Local Newsletter [Update]

I just got my login for CitySpark yesterday, so it’s on my list to start testing!

I just crossed 15k subs on my local newsletter — pretty pumped!

Using CitySpark is allowing us to easily produce a weekend newsletter to showcase events, as everything is pre-formatted!

I’ll keep you posted!
