First Meeting for New Software Tool

This morning I met with my buddy about a new tool we’re developing.

I made a demo at a local competition.

Now we’re turning it into a real tool.

It’s a tool to make Google Analytics easier and use AI to help analyze and create insights!

I had the idea because looking at Google Analytics reports are horrific.

I also know that AI is smart enough to help discover some insights from the data.

I’ve returned from my 5th FinCon.

It’s a conference for money nerds and content creators.

My wife says, “These are like your people.”

I agree.

I always get inspired with new ideas and build new connections.

For me, simply meeting YouTube channel owners in person makes the trip worth it.

There’s nothing like getting to say hello in person.

It makes reaching out online and connecting 50x easier, as my messages to them won’t get lost in all the noise.

Find a conference you enjoy if you don’t already have one!

I snagged a Facebook page from a random user (now friend) on the internet.

There’s too much of a gold rush happening on Facebook (more on this in future emails) and I want to give myself a good chance of some growth and $$$.

I’ve already set up a few Make automations to get a consistent flow of posts to get some testing going.

It has 262,000 followers (about half are in the US)

The page is monetized, although it’s making very little.

It made like $30 last month.

But I think I can crank up the volume of content and test new ideas.

My goal is to eventually get the page to make at least $500 - $1,000 per month (anything more would be bonus cash).

I’ll keep you posted on how it goes, as it’s been added to my project list.

Newsletter Sale (in case you missed it)

I was able to finish the transfer of my beehiiv newsletter over to Cliff (the new owner).

note: beehiiv was great with the process and made the transfer really great. I’m still a big fan of using beehiiv after being a user for multiple years. I’ll share a vid below…

The money is officially in my account from escrow, and I can shift my focus to other projects.

It’s my first deal using Flippa.com to sell and Escrow.com to help settle.

How I’m Using AI this Week…

My goal is to make 100 useful tools to help automate my life & business.

Tool #18: I built a simple automation to check for me publishing new YouTube videos. When it sees new ones, it creates a post on LinkedIn and X with a link back to the video.

This is a simple automation, but I wasn’t doing it!

So now, with no brainpower from me, it will get done automagically.

Amazon Influencer Program [Update]

I’ve made more that $2,500 in 2025.

I periodically make videos for brands that reach out and I charge them (so I get paid there as well).

But, some updates…

I have 141 147 videos.

(plus 90 videos from other creators..)

My total earnings equal $4,752.19 $5,236.21

After expenses, I’m making $103.25 $106.37 per hour.
