I’m on a trip with my family (my son just graduated from high school — we’re pumped!!)

My wife thinks I’m crazy because I like working while on vacation.

But I find it relaxing.

It’s refreshing to be doing some creative work in a different location. It feels different on the brain 🧠😜

My goal is to make 100 useful tools in 1,000 days [or die trying!]

Can I actually make 100 tools?

I have no idea, but I’m a big believer in taking action.

And why am I doing it?

Well, my theory is that getting in reps will prepare me for what’s coming in the AI space.

It will also allow me to consult companies and build out automation for their businesses (and I’ll have a public body of work for them to see…)

How I’m Using AI this Week…

I just tested out this Google AI Studio feature.

You can access Gemini, but it can visually see your screen in real time.

It’s pretty nuts.

I had a 30 minute conversation trying to work on an automation workflow.

I also have started some outreach to see if I can find folks interested in a basic website. If I can use AI, then I can possibly create a website for well under $1k, but still make a healthy margin.

Now, a quick note from a tool that I use….

Domain Name Flipping [Update]

Ok, using GoHighLevel, I’ve set up some outbound campaigns.

I got my first offer for one of my domains!

She offered me $1k for a real estate-related domain.

Thanks to my friend Andrew’s note, I’m countering her at $1.5k (my asking price was $2k).

update: She’s sticking with her $1k offer — since it’s early in my domain flipping business, I’m going to see if I can get the deal done!

My process:

I used Outscraper to pull a list of some of the top real estate agents in those cities.

Then I sent a very personalized message.

Amazon Influencer Program [Update]

I’ve completely ignored doing any work with this other than a video here and there.

But a really cool update, as I’ve crossed $5k in revenue from the program.
