I keep a giant running “books to read” list.

I’ve kept it for years.

It’s got close to 200 books on it.

But I go through reading “phases.”

I’m in a reading phase where I’m digging in.

I just read The Coming Wave, written by one of the creators of Deep Mind (that became part of Google long ago).

Fitting book, since I’m neck deep into AI (as you should also be!)

I also just started Born Standing Up by Steve Martin.

This one’s been on my list for a few years, so excited to get going on it!

Last week, I mentioned our MSN hustle.

So far in 2025, we’ve made close to $3,000.

We mainly write stories about entrepreneurs and share their growth stories.

I would like to see this grow.

I have a team member who 100% handles all of this for us and she does a killer job (Thanks Tish!)

She also gets paid a 10% each month, so she has an incentive to create great content.

It would be really cool to see us grow revenue and her make more in commission than her base pay!

My part is to help with ideas —- for example, I’m trying to integrate AI to help us automate some of our research and initial content creation.

Ok, I had no idea you could do this.

This is my hack of the week!

Domain Name Flipping [Update]

I made this vid to share the ways I see you can sell your domain names.

You can be active or passive.

For my outbounding, I’m using GoHighLevel.

I’ve got to get back to the drawing board and figure out how to create better systems for outreach so that I can get more exposure on my domains!

A week will go by and I’ve done zero work — gotta break that!

Amazon Influencer Program [Update]

I just had a call with my friend named Matt.

He reminded me about the Creator Connection program and how I can add my videos into it and make additional $$.

I hadn’t done this in about a year.

I’m going to start doing it monthly and see the commission difference.

I’ll report back!

I have 131 141 videos.

(plus 80 videos from other creators..)

My total earnings equal $4,752.19 $5,203.15

After expenses, I’m making $97.12 $105.97 per hour.

📰 Local Newsletter [Update]

It looks like I just booked a silent disco headphone event for October.

Currently, the only advertising outlet is our local newsletter.

So that will be $1,500 in revenue to produce a private event all thanks to the local media brand.

Pretty cool!

Events are another fun $$ stream for a local media brand.
