Ok, the tool list is slowly growing.

My goal is to make 100 useful tools in 1,000 days [or die trying!]

This afternoon I just wrapped up this tool in Make.com

What does it do?

Well, I can drop in a voice memo and it transcribes it and creates a social post that gets posted on Linkedin and Facebook.

Pretty cool!

Can I actually make 100 tools?

I have no idea, but I’m a big believer in taking action.

How I’m Using AI this Week…

This morning I had a phone call with 2 friends interested in AI.

And we’re brainstorming ways we can help education in our area with AI — we’re thinking about possibly creating a workshop for teachers.

Thoughts?

I also have started some outreach to see if I can find folks interested in a basic website. If I can use AI, then I can possibly create a website for well under $1k, but still make a healthy margin.

Domain Name Flipping [Update]

Ok, using GoHighLevel, I’ve set up some outbound campaigns.

I got my first offer for one of my domains!

She offered me $1k for a real estate-related domain.

Thanks to my friend Andrew’s note, I’m countering her at $1.5k (my asking price was $2k).

update: She’s sticking with her $1k offer — since it’s early in my domain flipping business, I’m going to see if I can get the deal done!

My process:

I used Outscraper to pull a list of some of the top real estate agents in those cities.

Then I sent a very personalized message.

Amazon Influencer Program [Update]

I’ve completely ignored doing any work with this other than a video here and there.

But a really cool update, as I’ve crossed $5k in revenue from the program.

After expenses, I’m making $85.35 $102.23 per hour.

I just got my login for CitySpark yesterday, so it’s on my list to start testing!

I also had a nice conversation with a local mom who potentially help run our social media channels (which we totally slack on).

My goal is to offer promo packages to businesses for exposure.

My thinking is that if 1 out of 10 or 20 get the package, the position should at a minimum pay for itself (in addition to helping grow our community!)
