How I’m Using AI this Week…
I’m continuing the art of creating!
My goal is to make 100 useful tools to help automate my life & business.
I’m still pumped about the automation I made using Make.
I can leave a voice memo in slack and it gets transcribed and AI helps turn it into a post that gets published on LinkedIn and Facebook.
It’s so simple, but allows me to publish content that wouldn’t get out there otherwise!
I set it up because I often have quick ideas and the best way to get it out is to quickly record my thoughts.

Ok, I’ve created content on YouTube for a looonnnggg time.
It’s been years.
And only just now, I’ve crossed 1,000,000 views on my channel.
But, the way I create content is different than most.

Now, a quick note about a tool that I use….
Even if you haven’t heard of Elevenlabs, I guarantee you’ve heard their product - AI voices.
You can create your own AI voice (even cloning your own!), create audiobooks with AI voices, or make instant sound effects using AI. It’s a wild world. Check them out here.
Domain Name Flipping [Update]
Ok, using GoHighLevel, I’ve set up some outbound campaigns.
Update: I think my buyer is going to hold on the real estate domain.
I’ve got to get back to the drawing board and figure out how to create better systems for outreach so that I can get more exposure on my domains!

Amazon Influencer Program [Update]
I’ve completely ignored doing any work with this other than a video here and there.
But a really cool update, as I’ve crossed $5k in revenue from the program.

My total earnings equal $4,752.19 $5,024.65
After expenses, I’m making $97.12 $104.27 per hour.

But the real O.G. is my buddy Jared Bauman, who has made more than $40,000 per year with Amazon Influencer in his part time (that’s a salary for some folks!) — he shares all his knowledge in his course.

I just got my login for CitySpark yesterday, so it’s on my list to start testing!
I just crossed 15k subs on my local newsletter — pretty pumped!
It’s summertime so I’m playing around with affiliates for trips in the area…

And also, our Facebook page just made its first $$ paid directly from Facebook.
I’ve never been so pumped to see $5 — it’s the first $1 from a new source — love it!
